4. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan)
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across Pakistan with no minimum order value.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days for major cities and 3-5 working days for other areas.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers choosing COD are responsible for providing a correct address and ensuring someone is available to pay the rider upon delivery
Returns and Refunds
14-Day Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team. We provide free returns within Pakistan for eligible items.

Nature Origion shall not be liable for any skin reactions or allergies. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
